For more than 30 years, Stacey Gibson has helped businesses grow—from global brands and franchise organizations to local entrepreneurs and small business owners. Today, she brings that same strategic expertise and passion for helping others to individuals who are ready to take control of their careers and financial futures.
Stacey began her career in advertising, managing media strategy for nationally recognized brands including McDonald’s, Wachovia Bank, and Holly Farms. She later joined Hardee’s Food Systems, where she transformed media buying performance and accountability, before moving to McDonald’s Corporation. There, she helped lead her region to the #1 ranking in the United States for same-store sales. Returning to the agency world as a Media Director, Stacey gained extensive experience helping businesses of all sizes grow through smart marketing, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
When life brought her to the mountains of North Carolina, Stacey shifted her focus to helping local businesses increase visibility, attract customers, and strengthen their communities. Along the way, she discovered what brought her the greatest fulfillment wasn’t just building businesses—it was helping people discover their own potential.
As a Career Ownership Coach with The Entrepreneur’s Source®, Stacey works with professionals who are asking bigger questions about what’s next. Whether you’re facing a corporate downsizing, concerned about age discrimination, feeling burned out in the traditional job market, or simply looking to create an additional income stream and greater financial security, Stacey provides a confidential, no-cost process to help you explore your options.
She doesn’t sell franchises—she helps people make informed decisions. Through thoughtful coaching and personalized guidance, Stacey helps clients identify opportunities that align with their goals, values, lifestyle, and financial objectives. Many of her clients discover paths they never knew existed, including business ownership, franchise opportunities, semi-absentee models, and other ways to diversify their income and regain control of their future.
If you’re wondering whether there’s a better path forward, the conversation starts with a simple question: What’s possible? Stacey is passionate about helping you answer it.
Stacey lives in Blowing Rock, North Carolina, with her daughter and would be honored to help you begin your own journey of discovery and opportunity.
